Can I return the wheelset if I change my mind?
Yes! We accept returns on unused, uninstalled products within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must be in their unopened original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase to qualify for a return or refund. If you'd like to initiate a return, simply fill out our contact form and we'll get you taken care of.
Where are the wheels manufactured and built?
Our wheelsets are manufactured in Taiwan and 100% hand-built by the industry's most reputable master builders, who bring decades of experience and also construct top-end wheelsets for leading mountain bike brands. When it comes to value, we never compromise on quality.
What should I expect when my wheelset arrives?
Your wheelset is shipped in a well-protected box and arrives ready to roll. The front wheel comes pre-installed with 15x100mm end caps (RockShox Pike DJ), plus an extra set of 20x110mm non-boost end caps for forks like the Marzocchi Bomber DJ, alongside your chosen rear hub spacing. Once it arrives, simply unbox, mount your tires and cog, drop the wheels in your frame, and go send it.
Can I purchase just a front or rear wheel?
Not at this time. Currently, Steeze Wheels are only available for purchase as a complete front and rear wheelset.
I need to replace a spoke. What length do I need?
You’ll need a standard 14G (2.0mm), 260mm spoke (same length for front and rear, drive and non-drive sides), laced in a 3-cross pattern. Standard straight-gauge 14G spokes are stocked at almost any local bike shop. If you aren't sure what to ask for or need a hand, drop us a message and we'll get you sorted out.
Are there any tariffs or duties?
No. All orders ship duty and tariff free directly from our warehouse in California.
